Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

The purchase options available at ROMPER — including pre-order, made-to-order, and limited production items — are subject to the following cancellation terms:

Once an order is placed, cancellations, modifications, or address changes are not accepted for pre-order or made-to-order items.
These pieces are produced specifically for each client, therefore all pre-order and made-to-order purchases are considered final once payment is confirmed.
For items available for immediate shipment, cancellation requests may only be submitted before the order has been processed or shipped. Once the shipping process has begun, the order can no longer be canceled.
ROMPER reserves the right to cancel an order in cases of inventory errors, payment issues, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
