Shipping Policy

• Free shipping within Mexico
• Orders ship within 2–4 business days once ready
• Delivery time: 2–5 business days
• Made-to-order pieces require approximately 3 weeks for production

At ROMPER, many of our pieces are produced in small batches or made to order. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Shipping Within Mexico

All domestic orders are shipped via Paquetexpress, Estafeta, FedEx, or DHL.

Shipping is free on all orders within Mexico.

Once your purchase is completed and payment is confirmed, we will begin preparing your order.

A tracking number will be generated within 2–4 business days once your order is ready to ship and will be sent to you by email.

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier and destination.

Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items

Items marked as pre-order or made to order require additional production time.

Please allow approximately 3 weeks for production before the item is shipped.

Shipping timelines begin once production is complete.

Leather Garments

Orders containing leather garments may require additional production time depending on the piece. Estimated production time will be indicated on the product page.

To ensure accurate and timely delivery, we may contact you by email to verify order details.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and Europe.

All international orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
