Exchange & Return Policy

At ROMPER, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. Please review the following policy before placing your order.

Return Window

Returns or size exchanges may be requested within 10 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unused and unworn
• Include all original internal and external tags
• Show no signs of wear, including makeup, perfume, or odors

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale or discounted items
Pre-order items
Made-to-measure pieces

Pre-order items are clearly indicated on the product page before purchase.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style:

  1. Submit a return request following the steps below

  2. Once approved, return the item

  3. Place a new order for the desired item


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email rompershopmgt@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
Clear photographs of the item

We will respond within 2 business days with approval status and return instructions.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow up to 20 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
