Shipping Policy

At ROMPER, many of our pieces are made to order. Please review the information below carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Within Mexico

All domestic orders are shipped via Redpack, Estafeta, FedEx, or DHL.

  • Free shipping on all orders over $3,000 MXN within Mexico.

  • Once your purchase is completed and payment is confirmed, we will begin preparing your order.

  • A tracking number will be generated within 2–4 business days after your order is ready to ship and sent to you by email.

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days once the order has shipped.

Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items

Items marked as pre-order or made to order require additional production time.

  • Please allow approximately 3 weeks for production before shipping.

  • Shipping timelines begin after production is complete.

We may contact you by email to verify personal or order details to ensure accurate and timely delivery. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your order.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and Europe.

All international orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or DHL.

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • A tracking number will be sent by email once your order has shipped.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

United States

  • Free Shipping on orders over $10,000 MXN (approximately $600 DLLS)

  • Standard Shipping
    Production time (if applicable): approx. 3 weeks
    Shipping time: 5–15 business days

  • Express Shipping
    Shipping time: 3–5 business days

Europe

  • Free Shipping on orders over $20,000 MXN (approximately €1,000 EUR)

  • Standard International Shipping
    Production time (if applicable): approx. 3 weeks
    Shipping time: 7–20 business days

  • Express Shipping
    Shipping time: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance, customs processing, and destination country.
