Returns & Refunds Policy

At ROMPER, our returns and refunds policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to understand the process and requirements for returns and refunds:

Return Window

You have up to 10 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or request a size exchange.

Product Condition

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in perfect condition, exactly as received, with all internal and external tags attached. Items must show no signs of wear, including traces of makeup, perfume, or any other indication of use.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email rompershopmgt@gmail.com and include your order number along with photographs of the item. Within two days, we will contact you to inform you of the status of your request and, if approved, provide tracking instructions for the return shipment.

Refund Approval or Rejection

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

Refund Process

If approved, the cost of the item will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that this process may take up to 20 business days.

Refund Delays

If you experience delays in receiving your refund, we recommend checking your bank account, as processing times may vary. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us at rompershopmgt@gmail.com for assistance.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product or size, the request will be processed as a return, and a new order must be placed for the desired item.

Return Shipping Costs

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Pre-order items

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage not related to manufacturing defects
